Ignasi Balsells Bailón is the current manager of MTB Distribuciones Tecnológicas SL and head of business at DETECTO, the company’s proprietary brand. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the UNVERSITAT AUTONOMA de Barcelona (1995), and a Master's in Prevention and Treatment of Addictive Behaviors from the University of Valencia. He has completed several international certifications, including the Reasonable Suspicion/Cause Trainer Certification in compliance with DOT 49 CFR Part 40 (2024), as well as Multicultural Intervention Training (2024) and Consortia/Third Party Administration. His career combines business leadership with expertise in workplace prevention and training. DETECTO is our business line focused on delivering products and services to professionals working in the field of addictive behaviors. We collaborate with addiction therapists and rehabilitation clinics across Spain, and also provide consulting services. Our offerings include tools and solutions related to the prevention, detection, and management of psychoactive substance abuse in workplace environments.
