After an eighteen-year career in nonprofit leadership in education, the arts and health care, Wil Elder joined Psychemedics in 2018 and leads the Education, Food & Beverage, and Government Divisions of Psychemedics Corporation.Wil received his B.S. in Psychology from Presbyterian College and then completed a Master’s Degree in Leadership at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has served in multiple leadership roles in schools, arts organizations and health care. Throughout his career he has unfortunately witnessed the destructive effects of addiction, drugs and alcohol on individuals and the impact that can have on a school, department or company.
