Tina Wagner is the Clinical Manager of Tri-State Occupational Health in Dubuque, Iowa. She manages two full-service clinic locations, as well as a Family Care Network clinic in Dyersville, Iowa. Tina has her Medical Review Officer Assistant certification and is a Certified Professional Collector Trainer. Tina has been in the occupational health/drug & alcohol testing industry for nearly 7 years. She has taught 300+ Supervisory Training courses for over 600 clients and serves as a resource for clients initiating, modifying, and implementing drug-free workplace policies. Tina publishes and distributes an electronic monthly newsletter for 900+ clients and is actively involved in communicating any compliance and regulatory changes, offering free informational sessions for her clients when new programs are implemented, such as the FMCSA Clearinghouse and the recent DOT regulatory approval allowing oral fluid testing.Tina is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Occupational Health Professionals (NAOHP) and is a presenter at the annual conferences. Tina has many years’ experiences in public speaking to both the community and medical professionals/first responders on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome while serving on the Iowa SIDS Foundation Board of Directors.
