Chelsea Palmer began her journey in Occupational Medicine nearly 10 years ago after transitioning from a career in insurance. Since then, she has been instrumental in developing and expanding her program, focusing on innovative ways to support both physical and mental health in the industry. Currently pursuing a second master’s degree in clinical counseling, Chelsea is passionate about understanding and addressing mental health challenges within occupational medicine. Based in Colorado, she enjoys live music and traveling, balancing her professional dedication with personal passions.
