In response to the many questions and concerns regarding the December 18, 2025, Executive Order to reclassify marijuana, the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association’s panel of drug policy experts has issued a fact sheet to clarify what the Executive Order means for drug and alcohol testing programs at this time.
NDASA will continue to monitor the rescheduling process closely and provide updates as they become available.
