State Affiliate Caucus

State legislation affects all of us: employers, drug testing providers, substance abuse treatment programs and public safety services.

How can we help?

State actions can have national ramifications.

It is vitally important that NDASA is kept apprised of changes in state and local laws and regulations. The State Affiliate Caucus was established to ensure the association is well informed about actions at the local level that pertains to our industry.  This group is composed of companies, organizations or individuals from every state. Our state affiliates are responsible for advising NDASA on any issues arising from their home state, and they represent NDASA as needed in their state.

Our state affiliates attend the NDASA Annual Conference each year to inform and discuss what they are seeing on the local level.
