Cathie will lead a discussion with two employers who have completed the certification process. Travis LaHaye, of Hypertherm in New Hampshire, and Kimberly McRoy, of Thermo-Kool in Mississippi, will share why they decided to certify as a RFW, the process they underwent and how RFW certification has affected the culture and productivity of their companies.
