Shannon Bower earned her B.S. in Molecular Biology from Auburn University. She worked in the field of ophthalmology for a number of years before joining eScreen in 1999. She has held various roles within eScreen’s National Account Management team and became part of the Workplace leadership team in 2018. During her tenure, she has consulted with some of the nation’s largest national employers, implementing and supporting drug testing and occupational health programs as well as working with large national background check providers who utilize eScreen for the fulfillment of workplace testing for their clients. Ms. Bower’s experience as a subject matter expert in pre-employment, random, post-accident and for-cause testing programs has provided value for her clients and organization.
