Two years ago, I invested in myself as a business owner by engaging with a world-class business coach. What I have learned along the way has helped me catapult my business from $700,000 in gross revenue to nearly 3 million in gross revenue in two years. That could not have happened without a team of highly skilled, motivated, and dedicated employees placed in the right roles. It made a huge difference when I eliminated "traditional" hiring practices and implemented science over tradition. I use a renowned system embraced by large companies like Intel, and Alaska Airlines, that measures conation, which is how people take action. This has enabled me to hire a well-rounded staff, each with a unique approach to personal productivity. EX: Someone that is a "quick start" could have many great ideas but could lack "follow-through," so hiring someone with high "follow-through" scores creates great balance allowing for outstanding productivity.
