Cathleen Drew

Cathleen Drew is the owner of Conference Moxie, a nationwide event-planning company specializing in organizing corporate, government, and association events as well as think tank meetings, safety training, team-building sessions, conferences and trade shows. Prior to her work with Conference Moxie, she served as vice president of Nationwide Medical Review (NMR), which under Cathleen and her husband's leadership, grew to become one of the leading MRO providers in the country. Over nearly two decades of building NMR, Cathleen developed expertise in many aspects of drug and alcohol testing, specializing in customer and client service. Cathleen is one of the founding members of NDASA and is the former Chair of the Conference Committee.  As such, Cathleen was the lead in the selection of cities and venues to host the 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 conferences. She has also been a member of NDASA's Governmental Affairs, Communications & Marketing and Membership committees.

Prior to joining the family business at  NMR, Cathleen was in the construction industry, organizing, training, team building and planning conferences. Cathleen loves spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd dogs, working on the farm and in the garden.
