S. Michelle Foye

S. Michelle Foye is the owner of Vision Consulting Partners, LLC DBA  and Précis Screening. She is a 25-year corporate technology veteran whose career began with the Gas Company in Atlanta just before natural gas was deregulated. She began as an Office Assistant and moved lattice style into mission-critical senior leadership roles within organizations and across industries such as SunTrust Banks (Truist), CapGemini, Accenture, Cox, and healthcare giants such as Morehouse School of Medicine, Piedmont, and Grady. Michelle leveraged her corporate knowledge to become an award-winning entrepreneur in drug testing and CLIA-waived laboratory testing. Her decision to go into the drug testing field was influenced by the drug/gang-related murder of her oldest son, at age 24, and her family history of substance/alcohol abuse. Nearly two years into the business, Michelle was able to innovate and pivot Précis Screening by establishing a consulting arm that has now assisted more than 2,000 entrepreneurs and counting. This business start-up includes a network of drug test centers, CLIA-waived clinical laboratories and Consortium/Third Party Administrators. Michelle also sits on the Board of Helping Healthcare Professionals, The Ever Advancing Center for Human Development (TEACH) and serves as Founder of The Breakthrough Foundation, Inc. Her living legacy is helping aspiring and serial entrepreneurs realize their life's purpose and success through health and safety enterprises.
