Michael Barnes is the President of Unique Background Solutions, an employment screening company specializing in background checks and drug testing. Michael helped found Unique Background Solutions in October of 2005. He works with companies all over the country helping to design screening programs with both large and small needs. Michael has presented to groups both large and small on various topics from background screening to drug testing. He uses the skills learned from being a high school teacher to help folks around country have a better understanding of the screening world.
