Mark Magsam

Mark has been a proven leader in the drug and alcohol testing industry since 1996.  He started in the industry as a collector. Over the last 27 years has leveraged his extensive expertise in the field of drug and alcohol screening and compliance and was instrumental in the development and growth of two successful TPA organizations. He uses his expertise to fulfill the short-term demands needed to advance other companies in the drug and alcohol screening world. In 2017, Mark founded remedyNOW Consulting, LLC. so, he could partner with employers to improve their drug testing programs and implement best practices within those organizations. He also develops and delivers training to HR, Safety Professionals. He assists Designated Employer Representatives (DERs) to help build safe and successful testing programs. Mark recently completed a year and a half working with a background screening CRA in their Occupational Health Department.  Through professionalism, passion and enthusiasm, backed by solid experience and expertise, Mark achieves results for his clients in compliance and adherence to this growing and ever-changing environment of the drug and alcohol testing industry.
