Suhash Harwani

Suhash Harwani, Ph.D., is the Senior Director of Science and Technology for Employer Solutions at Quest Diagnostics. For almost 15 years, Suhash has performed drug and environmental toxicology testing and currently oversees science and technology for two of the largest SAMHSA-certified laboratories at Quest. Through this work, he is intimately involved with overall drug positivity and trends within both the general and federally mandated safety-sensitive workforces. Suhash is a board-certified forensic toxicologist and an inspector for the College of American Pathologists Forensic Drug Testing laboratory accreditation program and has developed expertise in the laboratory-based testing of drugs of abuse, positivity and state-based trends for drugs of abuse, and emerging trends for new drugs of abuse on the market.

With my involvement in workplace drug testing at Quest Diagnostics, it would provide tremendous value to be engaged and involved with NDASA and provide insights from both a laboratory and scientific perspective."
