John Burgos

John Burgos has served on NDASA's Board of Directors since the association’s founding. He is honored to be a founding board member and to have served as the association’s inaugural treasurer. He also assisted with the initial creation and editing of the NDASA.com website, before its revamp and the implementation of the Memberclicks membership portal and has served on several committees such as the Marketing Committee, the Training/Certification Committee and the Bylaws Committee. Working in the industry for nearly a decade, he is a Specimen Collector Trainer (CPCT) and holds the Professional (CSAPA) credential from the Certification Commission for Drug and Alcohol Program Professionals (CCDAPP). John was an active participant in the regional FMCSA Clearinghouse meetings and conducted training at several of NDASA's annual conferences. He looks forward to the opportunity to continue to serve NDASA and its members. Outside of NDASA, John serves as the Vice President of Accredited Drug Testing and Health Screenings USA, Inc. In this position, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans, supervision of managers and staff, and management of internal training and certification programs as well as research of new services. Before joining Accredited Drug Testing, Inc., John was vice president of Regulatory Compliance Services, Inc. and Food Safety Training, Inc.. Both companies provided regulatory compliance, responsible vendor, sexual harassment prevention and food manager and handler training and certification programs nationwide. John's extensive training experience includes developing regulatory training programs for employers in the District of Columbia, Louisiana and various municipalities nationwide.
