Board MemberColleen Wienhoff, CEO of Wienhoff Drug Testing, is a nationally recognized expert in drug testing with more than 36 years of experience. A fortunate conversation she had as a nurse inspired Colleen to venture into the drug and alcohol testing industry, and she founded Wienhoff Drug Testing in 1988. In later years, she branched out to ownership of other companies in the drug testing industry. Today, Wienhoff Drug Testing provides drug and alcohol programs and related services to more than 4,000 employers, municipalities, state agencies, and trade organizations throughout the United States.
In addition to working to build her company, Colleen has dedicated her time and energy to several organizations that are near and dear to her heart. She has served on the boards of DATIA, SAPPA and NDASA at various times from 1992 to the present. Volunteering is also deeply important to Colleen, and she has been involved with the National Prescription Drug Take-Back, Project Patch, (which mentors’ high-risk teens); Personal Ponies for disabled children; the Idaho Anti-Drug Coalition; and medical missions in Eswatini, South Africa, every two years. She currently serves on the Training and Certification Committee, the NDASA Foundation Advisory Board and the Idaho Caucus Representative.
Colleen's passion is to teach her clients what she has learned and to help them ensure compliance. She believes in what she teaches, which is evident in how hard she works for her clients and the various organizations she supports. Wienhoff Drug Testing offers additional services, including DOT Consortium Management, Pre-Audits, background checks, drug and alcohol policies, and various training opportunities. Colleen is a master trainer for Lifeloc and provides training courses for collectors, DER’s and Supervisor/Reasonable Suspicion Training.
