
James A. Greer
James A. Greer (Jim) has founded several successful companies and currently serves as the President and CEO of Accredited Drug Testing Inc., Coastal Drug Testing, Labtesting USA and Secure Screenings. In addition to his professional career, Greer has been elected and re-elected to public office multiple times. In 2018, Greer was elected Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA), in addition to serving as a member of the council of industry advisors. Greer is also a former member of the National Board of Directors of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association. In March 2019, Greer was elected Chairman of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association at its annual convention in San Antonio, Texas. Greer was subsequently re-elected Chairman in 2022. In 2023, he led the successful merger of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) into the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA), which became the largest trade association representing the U.S. drug testing industry. In April 2025, Greer completed his second term as Chairman of NDASA and, while continuing to serve as a board member, was subsequently elected Chairman of the NDASA Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization which provides academic and vocational scholarships and grants. He was also recognized as the 2025 NDASA Hall of Fame inductee. Greer's expertise in marketing and business management practices, along with his entrepreneurial successes, have been frequently recognized. He is active in community service organizations, including serving as the President of the Rotary club and supporting various charities, including Helpful Hands. He holds a degree from Seminole State College and is a graduate of Cornell University’s Executive Leadership program, along with the University of Central Florida’s government elected officials public policy institute.
Greer is married to Lisa, has five children and resides in Seminole County, Florida
