Jeff came out of early retirement in 1994 to enter the growing drug and alcohol screening industry. He is the co-founder of DATCO, a California-based Third Party Administrator. Previously Jeff, served as the director and co-founder of California Computerized Vehicle Registration, Inc., a software security and database management company with more than 1,000 customers nationwide that he sold to ADP in the 1990s. Jeff was a founding member of NDASA and was recognized by the association for his leadership with the State Affiliate Caucus. He has credentials and is active with numerous industry organizations including the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA). Over the last 30 years, Jeff has facilitated trainings, administered audits, helped support legislative efforts and sat on many committees. Jeff also developed “I Choose to be Drug-Free” booklets for parents and children and has contributed to a drug awareness publication for the Society for Human Resource Management. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State College in 1971. He is a husband, father, grandfather and has a huge desire to support and help others.
